Landlord Charges
| 1) Tenant Find Service | 100% of first months rent (inclusive of VAT) payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £600.00 inclusive of VAT |
| 2) Letting and Rent Collection Service | 10% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT. Set up fee for each letting 100% of first months rent to include all additional charges. |
| 3) Full Management Service | 15% (inclusive of VAT) of the rent received, deducted by the Agent If the monthly rental is £600 you will pay a fee of £90.00 inclusive of VAT. Set up fee for each letting 100% of first months rent to include all additional charges. |
Tenant Charges

| Loss of key or other security device | See explanation | Landlords & lettings agents can charge a tenant a fee to cover the cost of replacing a lost key or security device (eg fob, electronic device for garage/security gates). |
| Payment on variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy | £50.00 | When a tenant has requested it, landlords and lettings agents can change to vary, assign or replace a tenancy agreement. |
