The way it works is simple, you pay a small amount upfront and the rest is taken monthly. The package cost will remain the same as advertised and it's interest-free.

The application for Pay Monthly is available to customers who are happy to use our recommended conveyancing partner. Your conveyancer is the person who deals with all the legalities of your move, such as exchanging and checking paperwork.
