By default, when you send out property alerts/match emails via Universal the full details link takes the users to a generic ‘Housescape’ property search link.

We have worked hard on your new website so let’s try and drive as much traffic towards the site as possible. All of the links will look great on your mobile, tablet or desktop device. There are also custom social media links to encourage users to ‘share’ the listings.

Once the user has viewed this property, they may take a look around other areas of your site… browser other listings… perhaps request a valuation… none of this was possible before using the housescape link.

Allow applicants to register on your website their requirements. All of the information they supply can now automatically sync into Universal. You will still get an email notification, but next time your login to the software you can retrieve any new applicants who have registered… no more copy and pasting records into Universal.

Provide your vendors and landlords with 24/7 access to view information about the sale or let of their property via your website. Allow them to view comprehensive details at their leisure.

You don't need to do any extra work for this facility as Universal simply uploads the information you have been entering into the system.

Create a news feed on your website promoting that latest news and events within your company. The content is added/edited by you within Universal and can be posted to the website. You can include images, PDFs and any useful links within the entry.
